The battery feels to be made of good material. I have not tested this yet but time will tell.

Only flaw I have found is the lack of a remote control. I purchased the set of two 1200's. I don't necessarily like the motion detection but it is a nice feature for some i am sure. I picked up one extra battery pack and have yet to need it. The USB charging makes it nice, just plug in when driving from site to site and solar
on my truck refreshed batteries. Love the colored lens to let bugs at bay. Great lights over all.

This is a great item to extend the battery life of your light. Helps a ton if you are running your light at full power.

Very nice addition to my overland setup. The light is well build and sets up easily. The light options are nice when your not needing a lot of light. Overall one of the better things I bought in a while.
